Hello, I'm Diana.
I help people balance, align and optimize through therapeutic massage.

In a fast-paced world it’s vital that we take care of ourselves. I aim to help clients decompress, be in the moment and so they can heal and relax on multiple levels: mind, body and spirit.

I’ve been a body worker for over 10 years since becoming a certified therapist and graduating with a degree in Biology. Meditation, kindness and connection to nature are important practices in my daily life. I enjoy providing healing and good energy.

I inquire about my client’s key areas of concern and observe their standing posture, and body alignment to look for imbalances, compensation or specific holding patterns. 

After a thorough assessment, I use a combination of relaxation, release and rebalancing techniques to provide relief and healing.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

A soothing and relaxing massage technique involving long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements to promote overall relaxation and improve circulation.

DEEP TISSUE

An intense massage technique targeting chronic tension and promoting muscular healing and flexibility that involves firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.

MYOFASICAL RELEASE

A targeted technique addressing specific "trigger points" or knots in muscles, that aims to release tension and alleviate pain in immediate and referred areas.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

Massage that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascia or connective tissue to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore balance to the body.
